That is why one should refrain from manipulative tendencies. In the same way the leader should abstain from such evil tendencies because this leads to harm more than good. One and all should therefore practice simple and good living . They should never seek recourse to manipulative tendencies.

One should not forget that without the energy to sustain no one can perform action and without both these factors one cannot have a long life. One should , therefore utilise these energy's constantly and according to situations.

I am renouncing untruth and embracing truth. One should accept truth, and should sacrifice their life to protect truth. This is known as the Satyapal vrata. O Lord ! I take an oath that I shall always protect truth and may I be successful in observing and accomplishing this vow.
Unless we do not renounce our greed we cannot protect truth. Untruth inhibits self-development and physical, mental and spiritual growth. Therefore we should all adhere by truth.

It thus, becomes clear that one can perform their duties better when they are assisted by each other.

The person who recites this incantation regularly is freed from ailments, fear, and death. Tryimbak means the one with 3 eyes i.e Adhyatma, Adhiboot and Adhidaivik.
We should meticulously pray to lord Shiva so that all our attachments cease alike the fruit of urvaru and we are liberated from this vicious cycle of life and death.

The word "Vedas' means knowledge which is classified into 4 types. The characteristics of Rik are - welfare, attainment of the supreme soul, experiencing the beatitude of God, internal happiness, piousness, adhering to one's duties, Love , penance, pity , altruism , benevolence and service etc. The characteristics of Yaju are valiance , attainments, courageousness, protection, leadership, success, prestige and victory etc. The characteristics of Sama are, performing arts , play , happiness, entertainment, literature, music art, sensual pleasure, progressiveness and contemplation. The characteristics of Atharva are, luxury and wealth, accumulation of things, aids of consumerism and accessories of household usage.
The 4 Vedas resemble Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha which help in our welfare. We can attain all these 4 states with knowledge.

The gods reside in our body, and by controlling the senses, they too are into control. Then the senses work according to the human desire.

While performing our deeds, we should desire to live for a 100 years. The essence of human life lies in deeds and nothing else. Accordingly a person who performs his deeds does not become attached to his deeds.
We should avoid lethargy. On the contrary we should perorm noble deeds that eventually give good fruits. We should respect elders, honour and respect guests, have compassion towards one and all, respect all the divine forces that facilitate our work and consequently free it from flaws.

Those people who are self destructive that live in ignorance(darkenss) and dwell in it even after death.
Physical energy is known as Asurya. Those who misuse their physical energy end in misery. We should abstain from, atheism,amassing wealth,greed, breaking unity, aimlessness, bad thoughts and thoughts that lead to failure and misery.

He does not have suspicion, who sees all the human beings with the experience of his soul through his soul.
The person who realises that there is one soul which dwells in one and all, and that there is no difference between the within and the body, does not hate anybody. He has no sort of suspicion because he experiences the real owners of divinity in multitudes . Such a person is egalitarian and has love and affection for one and all . He believes in reposing faith in all humans, equally which consequently results in peace and unity.

He who sees unity and diversity as one, he who conquers death by diversity , attains liberation with unity.
Unity is the energy being society. If there is no unity then the society shall undoubtedly disintegrate and consequently the unit of society ( a human being) also shall cease to exist . When all the units of society come together then there is an increase in internal energy. This lead to oneness of the world. Therefore a person should selflessly work by , renouncing all forms of selfishness , for the growth of each and every one .

The person who acquires knowledge of the self and the science of nature he conquers death with the same and attains state of realisation with the help of the knowledge of the self.
The knowledge of the self helps in increasing ones moral strength, to acquire peace and to find a solution to all the problems . By acquiring the knowledge of Nature one can fulfill all material needs. Both these types of knowledge is essential for spiritual and physical growth. One can be blessed with a long life if one practises yoga sadhana and a balanced living. That is why human should acquire knowledge of nature and should lead the knowledge of the self and attain the higher goals of realisation.

This body is going to cease and the prana being celestial is immortal, O Purush/Soul ! Meditate on the immortal soul , remember all the past karmas (deeds) and contemplate on them.
Human beings should become karma yogis and incessantly meditate on the supreme soul. One should not forget that the body's mortal and is going to be destroyed eventually . He should therefore engage in good deeds that reap good fruits. One should introspect and contemplate on the past deeds so that one does not commit mistakes even inadvertently in the future.

O Lord ! you are aware of all our deeds. Please enlighten us and lead us to the path of growth and spiritual development.
We should never forget that all our resolutions are God's resolutions, therefore they can never be concealed. We should therefore always engage in good deeds inspired by good thoughts. O Lord ! therefore guide us, lead us on the path of righteousness so that we may grow spiritually and morally. In return of this , we can just prostrate before you.

The mouth of truth is covered with a gold vessel.
We should always be truthful and should be devoid of greed because greed is the root cause of all sins. Until the mouth of truth is closed, there shall be unhappiness and misery. But once the gold vessel is done away with, only peace and happiness shall dwell.
